Lab-grown diamond is understandable, but what is lab-grown polki?

We hosted two exhibitions in the last month, and the most commonly asked question was: 'Lab-grown polki? Is that even a real thing?'

So, let me explain in very simple language what this actually is.

Polki basically refers to an irregular, sliced diamond shape that gives you a traditional, raw, and old-world jewellery look. Interestingly, lab-grown polkis are cut and polished by the exact same artisans who work on natural polkis. So, the finish, quality, and everything else remain completely identical.

Lab-grown polki is basically crafted from lab-grown diamond material, but instead of giving it a regular, highly faceted diamond appearance, it is given a polki-style cut.

So basically, 'lab-grown' tells you where the diamond was created, while 'polki' tells you about its look and cut.

That is why lab-grown polki is such an interesting option. You get a traditional polki look by using lab-grown diamond material.

So now, I hope if someone asks you what lab-grown polki is, you'll know exactly what it is!"
