Items must be returned with in 7 days of delivery.

The jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original
packaging and certificates

Opening Video Is Mandatory For Return.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or engraved jewellery is non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Care team at info@veyaa.in to request a return authorization.

2. Securely package the item and include all original documents.

3. Ship the item at the shipping address provided by our team .
In refund process :-
We will give you store credit within 7-10 days .

Once the item is received and inspected, We will give you store credit within 7-10 days .

If tag is Removed or Damaged , the product will not be eligible for return or exchange
