All are pieces are made to order and are carefully checked before dispatch. Hence we do not offer any return/refund or exchange policy. All purchases are final.
However, in an unlikely case of damaged product received, you can mail us on info@veyaa.in or whatsapp us at +91-8769111009 within 7 Day's after receiving the product, along with the images of damaged product. Our quality check team will go through the images and will decide if the product is exchangeable or not.
- If tag is Removed or Damaged , the product will not be eligible for return or exchange

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates

- Securely package the item and include all original documents.
- Ship the item at the shipping address provided by our team.
In refund process :- We will give you store credit within 7-10 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive the store credit ,The cost of return shipping will be deducted from that.
